We have established the quality management system pursuant to standard Q/SY1002.1-2013 and SY/T6276-2014 – HSE management Systems, OHSAS18001:2007 – Occupational Health and Safety Management System, ISO14001:2004 – Environmental Management Systems and ISO9001-2008 – Quality Management Systems as well as laws and regulations, based on the execution of our projects.

Daqing recognizes that the disciplines of quality, health and safety and environmental management are an integral part of its management function. The company views these as a primary responsibility and to be the key to good business in adopting appropriate Quality standards. The Company Quality Policy calls for continuous improvement in its Quality management activities and business will be conducted according to the following principles: We will:

  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
  • Provide superior services to our customers, focused on their needs
  • Establish and follow a quality management system
  • Involve our employees in the continual development process
  • Continuously challenge ourselves to improve the quality management system to guarantee service safety, prevent quality incidents and eliminate mistakes through the review of quality objectives and results,
  • Encouraging participation and promotion of quality responsibilities amongst all employees and third parties through standards, education, training and coaching, supervision and effective communication.

The commitments listed are in addition to all applicable laws and regulations where we operate. This Policy shall be regularly reviewed to ensure ongoing suitability.

In Kingdom Total Value Add – IKTVA

In line with Saudi Aramco’s In-Kingdom Total Value Add (IKTVA) program, Daqing Saudi Arabia Ltd. has completed its three-year certified IKTVA audit survey and has a plan in place to achieve 70% local content by 2021.

In order to achieve our goal by 2021, we have adopted a strategy of diverting spend towards local suppliers who maintain a higher IKTVA ratio and who demonstrate a commitment to achieve 70% by 2021 through a comprehensive five-year roadmap.
Some of the other measures taken to achieve our goal is the establishment of the DAQING Training Center in 2016, Steadily increasing our Saudization and inviting some of our top Global suppliers to invest in Saudi Arabia.
